Hello, I’m Dr. Ruth Hertrampf. As a trilingual Clinical Psychologist fluent in German, English, and Spanish, I bring a diverse and culturally sensitive approach to my practice.
With over 15 years of experience in individual and group therapy, I provide compassionate, tailored support to help individuals navigate crises and overcome a wide range of mental health challenges.
My professional approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, mindfulness and music therapy practices, adapting to each client’s unique context and goals.
In my practice, I create an inclusive therapeutic space that respects each client’s cultural and personal background. Having lived and worked in different countries and international contexts, I draw on a rich experience of cultural insights to inform my clinical work.

With a unique blend of clinical expertise, cultural awareness, and academic insight, I am dedicated to promoting mental well-being among diverse populations, including expats and international communities.
